Today ran 2.4km for pe AGAIN :( I deproved by 2 min!!!!! D: Last week was 15.33min. Today was 17.36min :(

Heehee Mimi's happy already! :D I'm happy too! :D Yay! It's all over now :) Omg I'm soooo HAPPY!

Went to Changi Water Reclamation Plant today after school. Took a mini bus there and played tap tap on Ranice's iPhone for the whole journey haha! :D OH and we played this moron test too! :D It was super lame. And we had to wait for dunno how long cos it told us to press the up arrow but there was only a down arrow -.- Then eventually we got too impatient and sian so didn't want to play le lols! -.-

After a talk in the auditorium, we had a tour around the reclamation plant. Had to wear extra big helmets which messed up my hair for the first station, I think pumping tank??? -.- It was sooo cool! :D We took a lift 60+ metres underground so COOL RIGHT?!?!?! XD It was damn fast, around 10s only hahas! :D Then took a group photo there. We were at the deepest point in Singapore whee!!! XD

After that took the lift up to ground level again and took the bus around the reclamation plant. The bus took us into some tunnel with lots and lots of pipes and tanks. Wasn't really listening to the teacher cos I was busy taking video :D Scroll down it's below!!! :D

Sigh... Band ended so early today :( Why why why??? D: And this is like the saddest band practice lor. Haiz I wanna cry already :( It's like damn sad larh today... :'( I almost cried man... :( I really want this to end as soon as possible, but I dunno whether things will go back to normal after this. Dunno whether sp will be like before :(

Bye I need to go emo now, although it doesn't really involve me. But I'm still so sad :( Hope what we do tomorrow will be able to clear things up. Actually I think I'm over-reacting but I'm quite scared now D:

Omg I'm so bored now... :( I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO BE BOREDDDD!!!!!!!!!! D: Haiz... :(

History is giving me a headache now... :( How to do???? D: My mind is seriously blank now. BLANK. You know, I read the history textbook for ideas and I had to reread it like 3 times before anything got into my head -.- I hate structured essays :(

Ok I'm done complaining. My bro has been at sch since 1pm, guess for what?? B-A-N-D, BAND. For sec 4 handover. A handover for 5 hours?! -.- Come on. Luckily his senior leaving le. Otherwise he keep asking my bro out to watch concerts, waste his studying time. He already went to like 2 concerts (not including rhythm) this week, and his gonna go for another 1 or 2 more concerts in the coming week. And already his results like shit. Still wanna waste time go concerts.

Ok I should really stop complaining now -.- But I'm really worried for him :(

Today was FUN~~~ :D SPORTS DAY!!! XD Dunman won so many GOLDS yay! :D Especially in the relay ones hahas :D 3 cheers for Dunman! :D *clap clap clap clap clap* LOLS.

Finally managed to get the rest of the videos from my bro. Actually I got it yesterday, but only today got time to upload :S My bro is at Victoria Junior College now listening to their band concert -.- I realised that the person who gets put into a section with very little people (eg. only 1-2 seniors) tends to mix around more with the seniors rather than those his/her own age -.-

EXAMPLE: MY BROTHER -.- and yu xiang (that's what I think, so... no offence :D)

Like seriously, my bro knows his seniors (even from other sections) better than his own bandmates in his year! But anyway, the point is, my bro's senior (sec 4) is leaving band next week. WHICH MEANS, MY BRO ONLY NEEDS TO GO FOR BAND 3 TIMES A WEEK YAY!!!! (actually I still think it's too much but nvm)

Usually he goes for 4 days a week.

Today SUCKED, again.

Don't wanna talk about it. So, I shall go on to other stuff -.-

Music was er... WIERD. I knew the new teacher. He came to watch us during mep -.- So he was like, "Where are the MEP students?" Me and Lydia were like, "shit." Then both of us raised up our hands. Then he asked us, "What is the texture of this piece?" Eh I think he sabo us one lor D: I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT TEXTURES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARGH. So I anyhow tikam tikam say, "Homophonic." I was wrong. Then Lydia said, "Polyphonic." She was wrong too -.- The answer was Monophonic. NOOOO!!! D: HOW CAN I EVER FORGET SUCH A SIMPLE THING?!?!?!?!?! :(

Oh then after music lesson, me, lydia and rachel went to book the mep practice room for fun :D She played the chopin song like 3-4 times? -.- Then yuejun, alicia and levi came to watch. Haha so fun :)

Maths. Kinda understand the factorization thing... YAY. But my mind would always blank out at any point in time and I would totally forget how to do the questions -.- ALWAYS LIKE THAT DE!!! D:

Science. Discussed the conservation thing with rachel, chloe and vernetta. Then when i was halfway typing "why do people want to conserve?" rachel saw this suggestion, "why are indians so smelly?" She started laughing like siao. LOL. Rachel you damn racist leh -.-

Chinese. Mr Tan counted my test marks wrongly, AGAIN. 3rd time le -.- Yay add 2 more marks! But still lan, VERY LAN D:

RS was FUNNY! HAHA! :D Mdm Rozana was like telling Rachel, "You really think obama will reply you?" or something like that. Rachel, me and yu xiang burst out laughing like siao but clarissa was like, "WHAT?! EH WHAT!? Haha so cute :D

RHYTHM XXIV

YAY! I shall post every single detail here :) This post is gonna be looonnnnngggg.....

Michelle came to my house at around 10pm. Didn't tell Rachel she was coming cos I wanted to give her a surprise, which wasn't really very successful -.- Then we went to KLP for lunch. HAHA we met Yu Xin and her family at the food court!!! XD Also met Frederick. LOLS.

Then went back to my house to take our stuff and walked to school. Thought we were late but we weren't. Everyone was busy with the concert booklets. So me and Michelle started giving out the notes. Mimi you left Ming Li, Ashley and Jing Xian's notes at my house :( I'll pass them to you on Monday! :D

Then had rehearsal at the PAC. It sucked :( I think we (especially me) didn't play quite well for the rehearsal D: No wonder Mr Ng was so angry :( Played through the whole repertoir from the back to the front. I think I fell asleep for like 5min during Shao Shan't solo. Sorry Shao Shan! D: Was feeling damn tired and quite sick then :( Got sore throat and runny nose.

After the rehearsal, we went back to the band room and slacked. I was Shao Shan's stand hahahaha!!! :D Oh ya and we played with the senior high flutes :D Played some wierd but fun game haha :D Laughed a lot XD

Had dinner in the hostel canteen. The food was ok larh. Then played at the piano in the hostel canteen :)

Then had a dry run for the concert. Practised on the movement. Then when we finished, there were already soooo many people outside the PAC waiting for the concert to start :O Omgomgomg! So then those not playing for the Mozart Flute Concerto went down to the band room to tune. Then in the middle of tuning, Keng Heng told us to go up again. So we quickly went up, only to find him telling us to go back down again -.- LOL! My friend was like asking me why we keep coming up going down one -.-

Then at 7.35pm, we went back up. I FORGOT TO BRING JING REN'S FILE!!! D: So I quickly chiong back to the band room to take the file. I think all the senior high people were staring at me but I was too scared and nervous to care :( Luckily brought the file up on time! Sorry Jing Ren and thanks for reminding me! :D

So waited at the backstage. Could hear Shao Shan playing from there haha :D Then when the audience clapped after the 3rd movement we were like panicking and chionging to get into our lines -.-

Krommer was ok, except I dunno why but I couldn't produce any sound for the first few notes :( Then after that was alright :D Bagatelle was, erm, horrible. I think I was out of tune when I came in one of the parts D: I tried to play softer, but ended up playing too soft until can't hear for the first 2 notes!!!! D: Blue Shades. Ok larh. We rushed at the last part though :( And I still like the "dirty" part haha! :D

Intermission! :D

Tried to find my parents but couldn't find them until the last moment when the second half was about to start -.- My bro was talking to his seniors from his band (is it? I dunno leh, they look older -.-) when I approached him. I dun like him larh :( Say what our band suck, keep rushing etc :( Anyway I know he only teasing me so I told him his band must be able to play better than us first before they can critisise us haha! :D Ok I won't take that to heart. But his bassoon playing also quite lan larh. Tried playing Concerto D'Amore with him but must go until like damn slow so he can catch up -.-

2nd half!

Alumni band played first. They played an ensemble, dunno what ensemble but nvm -.- Then Senior High Band played Fantasy and Variations on a Danzi Theme by Louis Spohr, Warabe-Uta Fantasy by Matsuo Yoshio and Caribbean Highway by James Barnes. We waited backstage again. At first thought they were playing 2 songs only. Then after the 2nd song we started panicking and chionging to the door, only to hear them starting on their 3rd song -.- LOL!

Went in again after their 3rd song. Played Spanish Trumpet. Also quite ok. Then Two Symphonic Movements. My friend's friend (sry I forgot who :X) said that they liked that song yay! :D

So after the concert, we went back to the band room to pack and take pics! :D Oh then we went up to the PAC to see if got anything to bring down but in the end there was nothing left -.- So I forgot who asked me, Rachel and Cheryl to check for rubbish -.- LOL...???

Oh ya and a BIG THANK YOU to Michelle, Elisabeth, Chen Si, Yu Xin, Ming Li, Jia Qi, Jing Ren and Weilin for the notes, chocolates and sweets! :D (Pls tell me if I've left out anyone :X)

Ok done with my post. Wasn't as long as I expected. Actually I didn't really post all the details. Too many so I decided to post those interesting ones :D

Thursday, March 18

4th (last) day of band camp.

Had interaction in the morning. I was in group 12, the last group lol. Then we got face-painting. That was the worst part of it lor!!! D: We had to paint our faces to look like PIGS. Cos the 12 groups were the 12 zodiacs and since we were in group 12, we were the pigs -.- Lol we bullied Rachel's clarinet junior haha! :D Painted a lot of crap on his face :D Damn funny larh! XD

Ok then as usual, ran around the school and played games at different stations. The kong zi's clue was damn lame larh :D

AFTER INTERACTION!!! :D Took squad photos in the band room. Yay! :D So fun :) Rachel and I purposely stood behind Benjamin cos we wanted to make fun of him haha :D Then after that played outside the band room while waiting for the senior high. Our section played some kind of game, a bit like concentration, but using animals to represent ourselves. I was an alligator -.- I actually wanted mouse lor, but mimi took it :( Nah I still love you mimi :D I will love you forever XD Oh ya we also took some pics outside the band room. Shall post it now :D

So we had two tables. Ate chicken again :) Jonathen, Terence and Chong Ming took a lot of food, then end up they can't finish. So we took some -.- Then played and played and played. And Rachel bullied me D: She keep stealing my flute cleaning stick. Then say what cannot steal other ppl's things lol. Look who's talking! :D

Then after lunch, walked to the toilet and erm... should I say this?? I think I better not :) I shall respect the privacy of that person haha :D Anyway, something damn funny happened outside the toilet. Nvm I shall skip that part. Cheryl and Chong Ming played chopsticks outside the males toilet -.- Oh ya and then Cheryl played that finger game thing with Chong Ming and and...you should what happened! HAHAHAHA!!!! :D Laughed like siao XD

Then we walked to the MRT station. Dunno where Chong Ming disappeared to -.- Before entering the MRT station he was there, then when we entered he was gone -.- So left me, Cheryl, Rachel and Terence. Jonathen went off during lunch. All of us took the same line. Then erm about the reach Kallang that time something funny happened again :D Hehe I shan't post about it too. LOLS -.-

Wednesday, March 17

3rd day of band camp.

Had sp in the morning till 10.30am. Then we went down to the PAC for Krommer :D I like that song!!! :) My part so easy haha rachel :P Shao Shan said I played okay! :D YAY! At least I didn't go so loud which I ALWAYS do :D Must try to blow softer.

Then walked to Kampong Arang for lunch. Me, Shao Shan, Michelle and Jonathen (that means all the year 2s lol) and our year 4 seniors started walking there first. Then the year 4s started running for dunno what reason -.- But we, the lazy year 2s, just continued strolling lol. Then we reached the hawker center and we couldn't find them. So walked round and round until we realised they were at another place -.- Yay all of us bought wanton mee and we sat in some shelter and ate. Oh ya then when we were eating we saw MR NG WALKING BEHIND US!!! He was like waving to us so we waved back lor. SO WIERD!!! :S

Full band was more fun than the previous ones :D Cos it's in the PAC and it is so COOL!!!!! :D I'm starting to love blue shades now. HAHA RACHEL AGAIN!!! :D YOU CAN'T TEASE ME ANYMORE :D Maybe it's because I know how to play now that's why I kinda like it haha :D I know lah very lame reason -.-

And I got the bassoon score for Concerto D'Amore for my bro! :D Thanks Bernise (sry if I spelt your name wrongly :X) YAY he better bring his bassoon back today cos I purposely brought back my flute and my file too. I could have actually left it in the band room lor. So he better bring back or I will strangle him when he gets home. Hehe.

Tuesday, March 16

2nd day of band camp.

Sp was more fun than yesterday's :D Laughed a lot haha XD

Lunch was fun too! :) Went to KFC and spent a long time at the counter. Cos me, Michelle, and my senior Nicole were actually 2nd in line. Then one man asked us if he can go first cos he said he needed to fetch his daughter and he'll be very fast -.- So as kind-hearted Dunmanians, we agreed :D But ended up he took quite long just to buy a 2pc chicken meal. But I won't blame him :)

Then full band was erm... COLD -.- I was shivering like mad kept doing vibrato on my flute :( Especially during Bagatelle. A lot of holding notes mah :( Then my whole flute was shaking too. I shall learn my lesson and bring a sweater tomorrow -.-

1st day of band camp... Quite ok larh. The most fun part of it was checking for original scores in our files. We found damn a lot of scores larh! :D Could arrange them in 4 long rows haha :) Actually this is supposed to be a bad sign lols.

Got our Rhythm 24 T-shirt today too! :D

I WAS THE FIRST PERSON TO DISCOVER THAT THE SHIRT WAS PRINTED AS RHYTHM 23 ON THE FRONT INSTEAD OF RHYTHM 24 HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!! :D:D:D

So I told Samantha and all the CMs started gathering around my shirt -.- YAY I feel so honoured! :D Bye! I shall go choing moodle now :D

Had band in the morning. Quite boring... :( Then the clarinet section came over to join us, but still as boring as before D: (sry rachel XD) First time I couldn't wait for sp to end lols.

Thursday, March 11

TODAY ROCKED MAN!!! :D

After school went for sp. Played Blue Shades. Then saw Shao Shan downstairs and she told me to leave sp, so I did :) Then me, Rachel and Shao Shan took 158 and MRT to BUGIS JUNCTION! :D

Walked for 10min before reaching Seoul Garden. Then started to pile our plates with raw chicken and other stuff :D The chicken was damn nice lah. And the spaghetti too. The hot plate was so fun :) We accidentally burnt quite a lot of chicken meat at first. Then got the hang of it after a while so they weren't so badly burnt haha :D

After that Rachel tried putting the chicken into the steamboat. Turned out to be DAMN NICE!!! :D Yay! And the sausages were awesome too. Omg I LOVE Seoul Garden <3

Today was my PIANO PRACTICAL EXAM!!!

It was quite okay larh. 1st piece ok, 2nd piece ok, 3rd piece slipped a bit :(
Then scales were ok. I think they were the best lol.
Sight reading was TERRIBLE!!! D: The right hand all chords lor :( Then right hand slur but left hand staccato! I was like damn confused. And kept missing out F# :( And the song supposed to me allegro but I played quite slowly leh... D:
Aural was easy :D I COULD SING! :D haha.

Saturday, March 6

Today went for band in the morning. Had sp from 8-10am, then I had to go off for studio practice :( Lol when I told Chang Wei I had to leave at 10am, Jonathen was like damn jealous cos I get to skip sp -.- I could hear the flutes playing while walking back home, and I could even hear them from my house -.- Could actually hear it quite loudly and clearly, which is unusual for such a soft instrument -.-

My piano teacher gave me a mock exam. I got only 122 (Merit) -.- She said she was quite happy with my pieces but was disappointed with my scales :( Actually I can play one lor, but dunno why that time cannot play :( Anyway, I deproved in my Aural... :( I used to get full marks for that, but why can't I sing well now??? D:

After that went back to sp. They were playing Blue Shades then and SHAO SHAN was conducting us with a wooden stick HAHA!!! :D So funny XD

Ok gtg now. I need to do MEP homework... :( 2 listening excercises ahhhhhh!!! D:

Competition was today :) Yay it's finally OVER!!! :D The topics were really wierd. I remembered that there was a topic caleed 孔子的电邮 lol. Anyway, I didn't choose that -.- I chose 女佣敏娜的故事 cos I read a similar story before. Wrote 4 pages and 3 lines, but still think I won't win.

THERE'S BAND TOMORROW!!! :D But so sad I can't go for the full practice :(

Shit larh... I don't wanna go for competition tomorrow :( Then I'll have to skip band! :( I feel so guilty... Then Saturday also cannot go for the full practice, only can go for about 2/3 of it...sigh... Only if there's a possibility of winning, then I won't feel so bad about skipping band and going for that. But I'm competing island-wide and it's like 1 in 1000 chance? And I can't tell the future D:
